Arrive Alive Traffic Control is seeking an MOT Technician to manage traffic flow through active construction zones in Gainesville, FL. You will set up lane closures, direct traffic with signaling equipment, and maintain safety per FDOT standards.
This full-time role includes paid training to obtain ATSSA certification and defensive driving, plus referral incentives. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift 50 lbs are required, along with outdoor耐 conditions.

The MOT Technician is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient traffic movement through construction zones. This includes setting up and maintaining lane closures, directing traffic, and adhering to all FDOT standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, possess the ability to work effectively in fast-paced conditions, and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.
