Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screen.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; ability to work long shifts.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain lane closures and traffic control measures.
• Direct traffic around construction sites using flagging and signaling.
• Load and transport signs, cones, and barricades safely.
• Perform routine safety-and-maintenance checks on equipment.
• Complete all job-related paperwork accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a safe work zone.
• Monitor site conditions and adjust control strategies as needed.
