Arrive Alive Traffic Control in Orlando, FL, is hiring a MOT Technician to ensure safe traffic movement through construction zones. You will set up lane closures, direct traffic, and perform safety checks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to the workplace.
• Strong work ethic, good communication, and a positive attitude.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Implement traffic control measures to protect the public and team members.
• Set up and dismantle lane closures and other traffic control equipment.
• Safely load, unload, and transport signs, cones, and barricades.
• Direct traffic around and through construction sites using flagging and signaling techniques.
• Perform routine safety and maintenance checks on equipment and tools.
• Keep the worksite clean and organized and dispose of debris.
• Complete all job-related paperwork and documentation.
• Collaborate with coworkers to maintain a secure work zone.
• Monitor site conditions and adjust traffic control strategies as needed.
