Lane Construction Corporation is seeking a MOT Supervisor to manage and supervise maintenance of traffic operations on a heavy/highway project in Renton, WA. You will lead MOT crews, ensure timely closures, review plans, and enforce safety standards while coordinating with subcontractors, mechanics, and agencies.

The role requires a BS in Civil/Construction, 3+ years of highway construction experience, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil/Construction or equivalent construction experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy/highway construction.
• SHA Temporary Traffic Control Manager certification.
• Flagger certification.
• Flagger trainer experience.
• Ability to read and analyze plans.
• Coordinate with agencies and personnel daily.

Responsibilities

• Schedule MOT Crews (subcontractors & self-perform) to maximize closure efficiency.
• Hire, staff and train MOT crews.
• Coordinate with equipment department to keep MOT vehicles running.
• Ensure compliance with closure times to avoid fines.
• Inspect closures daily and produce reports.
• Maintain audit records and project reports.
• Inspect project for TCP/Md SHA standards compliance.
• Notify AHJ of upcoming closures under TRs.
