The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of supervisory experience and MOT advanced certification. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety policies, conducting safety talks, and maintaining a flexible work schedule. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a MOT supervisor.
• Knowledge of FDOT and MUTCD standards.
• Able to follow verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the proper setup and takedown of traffic control devices.
• Comply with all Safety policies and procedures.
• Identify potential hazards to maintain a safe environment.
• Conduct daily huddles and weekly Toolbox Talks.
