ACCIONA is leading the SR400 Express Lanes project in Georgia, and the MOT Superintendent will plan, coordinate, and execute all temporary traffic control operations, ensuring compliance with MUTCD and GDOT standards while guiding field crews on a major highway project.

You will manage lane closures, detours, and traffic shifts, inspect field setups, train staff, and collaborate with the MOT Manager, subcontractors, and agencies to keep work progressing safely and on schedule.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in roadway construction or traffic control.
• Knowledge of MUTCD and GDOT standards.
• ATSSA or NSC Traffic Control certification required.
• Ability to read traffic control plans and drawings.
• Proficient in Excel, Procore, or similar documentation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead MOT field crews and install/maintain traffic control devices.
• Execute TCPs and ensure compliance with GDOT/MUTCD.
• Coordinate lane closures, detours, and shifts.
• Inspect field setups for visibility and safety.
• Train field personnel on MOT procedures.
• Communicate with MOT Manager and stakeholders.
• Maintain logs and support audits.
