ACCIONA is seeking a Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Superintendent for the SR400 Express Lanes Project in Sandy Springs, Georgia. This key position involves planning and executing Temporary Traffic Control operations, supervising field crews, and ensuring safety compliance with GDOT and MUTCD standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in roadway construction, traffic control, or heavy civil field supervision.
• Strong working knowledge of MUTCD, GDOT standards, and TTC best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret Traffic Control Plans and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise MOT field crews in the installation of traffic control devices.
• Coordinate daily lane closures and traffic shifts with teams.
• Ensure all MOT activities comply with safety requirements.
