Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a MOT supervisor.
• MOT advanced certification required.
• Knowledge of FDOT and MUTCD standards.
• Able to follow verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Safety policies and report accidents or near misses.
• Supervise and maintain a safe work environment per Middlesex policies.
• Lead daily huddles, Toolbox Talks and safety talks.
• Develop and implement MOT plans with project managers.
• Set up and dismantle traffic control devices and lane closures.
• Identify hazards and support a safe work environment for all team members.
• Oversee MOT Team Members and ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure MOT setups comply with local, state, and federal safety standards (MUTCD).
• Maintain a flexible schedule including day/night shifts and extended hours when needed.
• Ensure proper setup, maintenance and removal of all traffic controls.
