Job summary

First Horizon Bank in Germantown, TN is seeking a Mortgage Warehouse Lending Sales professional responsible for developing new business, prospecting, selling, closing and managing existing relationships.

You will call on current and potential customers, assess their warehouse lending needs, develop proposals and coordinate cross-sell opportunities with related departments, negotiating pricing with senior officer guidance and building a high-value client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years selling (or lending) experience required.
• 4-6 years financial selling and accounting experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required for consideration, Masters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops business by prospecting, selling, closing and managing relationships.
• Call on current or potential customers and assess needs for warehouse lending products.
• Develops proposals and coordinates cross-sell opportunities with other departments.
• Negotiate pricing under senior officer guidance and finalize deals.
• Maintain a portfolio of high-value clients and work with the Relationship Team.
