Qualifications

• Mortgage lending knowledge and underwriting experience.

Responsibilities

• Regularly call upon realtors, builders, accountants and other sources of leads for mortgage loan prospects.
• Coordinate the loan closing process with client, operations staff and title company.
• Provide clear terms and closing procedures to applicants.
• Gather tax returns and other due diligence items for credit approval.
• Ensure disclosures align with bank policy and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate progress to clients and handle multiple deals simultaneously.
