Job summary

First Horizon Bank's Mortgage Warehouse Lending division seeks a detail-oriented professional to service warehouse lines of credit and support the MWL Fulfillment and Control Team. You will handle client inquiries, reconcile accounts, and prepare commercial loan documents.

Working closely with Relationship Managers, you will monitor risk and ensure documentation accuracy. Strong communication, MS Office skills, and independent work under deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and provide exemplary customer service.
• Independent and able to carry out assignments to completion per instructions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with legal loan documents preferred.
• Knowledge of First Horizon systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up new warehouse lines of credit per credit approval and coordinate with relationship management and client.
• Prepare and manage commercial loan documents, inspect for accuracy and compliance, resolve discrepancies.
• Request Fidelity and E&O insurance policies and verify coverage complies with MWL requirements.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding haircuts, contract language, and exception funding requests.
• Assist clients in setting up web users for mywarehouseline.com and fund mortgage loans.
• Assist locked-out web users via telephone and email; complete audit confirmations as requested.
• Review, reconcile MWL deposits and general ledger accounts; monitor risk elements.
