Qualifications

• Two years related experience in mortgage banking or warehouse lending.
• Ability to read and understand mortgage documents (Form 1003, HUD-1) and related deeds.
• Familiarity with BSA/AML/OFAC/CIP policies and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Comfort with data entry and processing of wire transfers and investor documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process daily incoming collateral and log Notes in WLS.
• Audit mortgage Note inventory and update records in WLS.
• Prepare Notes and Bailee letters for shipment to investors.
• Process receipt and settlement of wires from investors and closing agents.
• Review investor financials and approve disbursement loans as needed.
• Update GMFS balances and assist with Libor updates.
• Cross-train in related Warehouse Lending tasks as needed.
