Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years of mortgage industry experience.
• Familiarity with Encompass is advantageous.
• Knowledge of manufactured home industry is desirable.
• Strong multitasking ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Aufgaben

• Review mortgage loan applications, credit reports, income docs, and appraisals to assess eligibility and risk.
• Evaluate debt-to-income, credit history, and employment stability to determine approval or denial.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations (TILA, RESPA, Fair Lending) and investor guidelines.
• Communicate lending decisions to Loan Officers, borrowers and stakeholders with clear explanations.
• Collaborate with Loan Processors and Officers to resolve issues and facilitate closings.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness in underwriting files.
• Provide excellent customer service by guiding borrowers through the process.
