Job summary

Triad Financial Services, Inc. seeks an Assistant Loan Processing Manager to supervise the loan processing team, manage pipelines, and ensure timely closes. You will coach staff, monitor metrics, and collaborate with Loan Officers to process residential mortgage applications accurately.

You will assist with process improvements and maintain compliance and file integrity across the mortgage lifecycle, from approval to clear-to-close.

Qualifications

• Mortgage processing knowledge and experience required.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Loan Processing team day-to-day activities.
• Monitor pipelines, distribution, and performance metrics.
• Provide training and coaching to Loan Processors.
• Escalate processing issues and customer concerns as needed.
• Ensure SLAs, turn times, and quality standards are met.
• Support process improvements and special projects.
• Maintain active mortgage loan file pipeline from approval to close.
• Collaborate with Loan Officers to process applications efficiently.
