Job summary

Triad Financial Services Inc. is seeking an Assistant Loan Processing Manager to supervise the loan processing team and maintain an active pipeline from approval to clear-to-close.

This working supervisor role focuses on pipeline management, staff training, quality control, and reporting while ensuring timely processing and strong borrower relations with Loan Officers. Experience in mortgage processing and Encompass is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of mortgage loan processing experience.
• Leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Loan Processing team in daily operations.
• Monitor pipelines, workflow distribution, and performance metrics.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to processors and staff.
• Coordinate with Loan Officers to process residential mortgage applications efficiently.
• Review borrower documents to ensure underwriting conditions are satisfied.
• Maintain an active mortgage loan pipeline from approval through close.
• Generate and distribute management reports on loan production and processing performance.
