• Review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness; ensure eligibility and risk mitigation.
• Input data into DU/LP and run AUS as applicable; request supplemental information when needed.
• Identify risk factors and implement fraud detection techniques.
• Ensure adherence to mortgage insurance guidelines and post-closing conditions.
