Job summary

City National Bank seeks a Mortgage Technology Secondary Marketing Business Analyst to bridge pricing, product, and development teams. You will translate BRDs into actionable descriptions for the TI team and work closely with programmers and analysts on pricing initiatives.

You will resolve defects in the Pricing Engine, align processes with LOS and PPE, and help plan roadmaps for go-forward origination and servicing strategies, while ensuring clear communication of remaining gaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a US banking organization focused on mortgage product/pricing/technology
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience bridging pricing, product, and technology with operations teams

Responsibilities

• Translate BRDs into descriptions for TI team to implement within code/programming
• Resolve Product and Pricing Engine defects
• Align processes with LOS, PPE, and newly rolled out pricing/products
• Engage in system/vendor discussions/optimization for Polly/QRM/Poly Paths integration
• Serve as mortgage transformation SME between pricing, product, and pricing standards policy
• Identify remaining defects to sunset legacy pricing engine
• Assess and assist with implementation roadmap of secondary marketing go-forward origination/servicing strategies
