Job summary
City National Bank is seeking a Mortgage Technology Secondary Marketing Business Analyst to bridge pricing, product, and technology teams for US Mortgage Secondary Marketing initiatives. The role requires deep experience in residential mortgage product and pricing, with a focus on process alignment and vendor discussions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a US banking organization.
- Detailed experience in residential mortgage product, pricing, technology, origination or servicing.
Responsibilities
- Translate BRDs into descriptions for implementation by T&I teams.
- Resolve product and pricing engine defects.
- Align and improve processes with LOS, PPE and pricing/products.
- Engage in system/vendor discussions for integrations (Polly/QRM/Poly Paths).
- Serve as SME for mortgage transformation between pricing, products and standards.
- Identify remaining defects to sunset legacy pricing engine.
- Assist with implementation road map for secondary marketing go-forward origination/servicing strategies.
