Job summary

City National Bank seeks a Mortgage Technology Secondary Marketing Business Analyst to bridge pricing, product, and development teams. You will translate BRDs into actionable descriptions for the T&I group and collaborate on pricing engine improvements and integrations with LOS and related systems.

The role requires deep mortgage domain knowledge and extensive experience in banking technology, with a focus on secondary marketing, pricing standards, and future roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 10+ years’ experience within a US banking organization.
• Experience in residential mortgage product/pricing/technology/origination/servicing.

Responsibilities

• Translate BRDs into usable descriptions for T&I team to implement.
• Resolve product and pricing engine defects.
• Align and improve processes with LOS, PPE, and pricing/products.
• Engage in system/vendor discussions for Polly/QRM/Poly Paths integrations.
• Act as SME between pricing, product, and pricing standards policy.
• Identify remaining defects to sunset legacy pricing engine.
• Assess roadmaps for secondary marketing origination/servicing strategies.
