Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Mortgage Technology Secondary Marketing Business Analyst to bridge pricing and product teams with developers, translating BRDs into actionable descriptions for implementation.

You will address defects in the pricing engine, drive process alignment with LOS and PPE, and collaborate on integrations with Polly/QRM/Poly Paths, while supporting roadmap decisions for go-forward origination and servicing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years’ experience within a US banking organization.
• Experience in Residential Mortgage Product, Pricing, Origination or Servicing.

Responsibilities

• Translate BRDs into descriptions for the IT team to implement.
• Resolve defects in the Product and Pricing Engine.
• Align processes with LOS, PPE, and pricing/products.
• Engage in system/vendor discussions for Polly/QRM/Poly Paths integrations.
• Serve as SME between pricing, product, and pricing standards policy.
