Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Mortgage Technology Secondary Marketing Business Analyst to bridge pricing, product, and development teams on US Mortgage Secondary Marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include translating BRDs into actionable descriptions for the T&I team, resolving defects in the pricing engine, and aligning processes with LOS, PPE, QRM and related systems while sunset of legacy pricing. Collaboration with product and pricing stakeholders is key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years’ experience within a US banking organization.
• Experience in residential mortgage product/pricing/technology/origination/servicing.

Responsibilities

• Translate BRDs into descriptions for T&I team to implement.
• Resolve defects in Product and Pricing Engine.
• Align processes with LOS, PPE, and new pricing/products.
• Participate in system/vendor discussions for Polly/QRM/Poly Paths integration.
• Serve as SME between pricing, product, and pricing standards policy.
• Identify remaining defects to sunset legacy pricing engine.
• Support implementation roadmap for secondary marketing go-forward origination/servicing strategies.
