Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Mortgage Technology Secondary Marketing Business Analyst to bridge pricing, product and technology teams, translating BRDs into actionable descriptions for the Pricing/Tech groups.

You will drive system integrations, resolve defects, and align processes across LOS, PPE, QRM, and Poly Paths while shaping the go-forward origination and servicing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years’ experience within a US banking organization.
• Experience in residential mortgage product/pricing/technology/origination/servicing.

Responsibilities

• Translate BRDs into descriptions for the TI team to implement.
• Resolve product/pricing engine defects.
• Align processes with LOS, PPE, and pricing/products.
• Engage in system/vendor discussions/optimizations for integrations (Polly/QRM/Poly Paths).
• Serve as subject matter expert between pricing, product and pricing standards policy.
