Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a Consultant, PSO - Implementation to drive installation, configuration, and adoption of mortgage technology solutions for customers. You will gather requirements, configure solutions, support testing, and lead implementations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project teams, business stakeholders, and client partners and requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mortgage operations, software implementations, or consulting.
• Experience with Mortgage lending or mortgage operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery, configuration, and implementation of mortgage related technology solutions to include Encompass
• Collaborate with customers to gather business requirements and document workflows and process improvements
• Assist in solution readiness, initiation, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and communicate them to project leadership
• Recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance customer adoption and utilization of solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Support, Engineering, and other teams within Professional Services
• Stay informed on mortgage industry trends, lending operations, and technology solutions
• Travel estimated 10-15% as needed based on project and client requirements
