Responsibilities include recruiting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and attending industry events. A background in mortgage recruiting or talent acquisition is preferred, along with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in mortgage recruiting, talent acquisition, or the mortgage lending industry strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with mortgage roles including Loan Officers, Loan Officer Assistants, and Team Leads.
• Ability to work in person at our Troy, MI office.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and hire qualified Loan Officers (LOs), Loan Officer Assistants (LOAs), and Team Leads.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of mortgage talent through various channels.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' experience.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with mortgage professionals.
