CrossCountry Mortgage LLC in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant to support mortgage loan officers in daily duties and help increase loan production. You will collaborate with customers, loan officers, and processors to ensure a positive experience and timely closings.

Qualifications

• 1 year mortgage-related experience with customer contact.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, including phone/computer work.
• Review loan disclosure packages and deliver them to borrowers.
• Create rate disclosure and re-disclosure packages for borrowers.
• Review loan files and highlight deficiencies for escalation to loan officers or processors.
• Clarify/correct information and obtain additional details via phone or email.
• Provide general clerical and phone support to loan officers and processors.
• Assist in managing pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K and reverse mortgage loans.
• Deliver appraisals/valuations to borrowers and retrieve proof of receipt.
• Track outstanding items and follow up to ensure timely documentation.
• Coordinate with Title Company to schedule timely closings.
