Job summary

TEKsystems in Winchester, VA, is seeking a Mortgage Support Specialist. This hybrid-to-start role involves helping customers collect and submit documents, following up by phone, email, and online tools, and reviewing applications for accuracy to keep processes moving.

You will provide excellent customer service, answer basic mortgage questions, and work with loan teams. Training is provided; the schedule becomes a 4-day in-office, 1 remote per week, with competitive hourly pay and weekly payroll.

About the Opportunity

• Location: Winchester, VA 22602 (Candidates must live within 60 miles)
• Start Date: September 21, 2026 (Tentative)
• Training: 4-6 weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST
• Schedule After Training: Hybrid schedule, 4 days in office and 1 day remote per week - 8:00 AM-4:30 PM EST or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM EST
• Pay: $20.00-$23.50/hour plus overtime opportunities
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Contract Length: 12-24 months with potential for permanent hire based on performance
• Compliance: Must successfully pass a compliance check

Important Requirements

• No shift changes while on contract
• No time off permitted during the first 6 months of employment
• Must be able to work the assigned schedule throughout the contract
