Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a Mortgage Support Associate in a hybrid role based near Martinsburg, WV. You will handle mortgage data tasks, create disclosures, and review contracts to support loan applications.

The position offers training and growth within Home Lending, with a focus on accuracy and timely communication with vendors and internal teams. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with onsite work during training and ongoing hybrid work options.

• Support learning mortgage processes and potential advancement within Home Lending.

Mortgage Support Associate (MOSA)

This position is based in Winchester, VA.

• Start Date -
• Training Hours - 8:00am-4:30pm CST / 9:00am-5:30pm EST, M-F
• Shift - 8:00am-4:30pm CST / 9:30am-6:00pm EST, M-F
• Hybrid Schedule
• Hybrid onsite 3 days per week - Candidates need to be able to work any days onsite since specific days are undetermined
• Be prepared to be onsite for the duration of training if equipment is delayed or if there are any issues getting set up.
• NO TIME OFF IN THE 1st 6 MONTHS - NO EXCEPTIONS
• Any new hire who misses more than 4 hours of ILT or 8 hours of live loans will be reclassified

Job Description

• Pull tasks requesting data and documents for mortgage loans and complete the orders, follow-ups or other actions necessary to complete the order.
• Includes written and verbal communication with Vendors and other company employees.
• A high level of attention to detail is necessary to complete the orders to completion.
• This is a foundational position providing opportunity to learn company mortgage practices and creates the ability to move through Admin and into other Home Lending areas as business allows.
• Create initial disclosures for applications that have met requirements.
• Reviewing the purchase contract is the biggest piece of this puzzle so ability to comprehend contract details is a must.
• While this piece is taught a strong attention to detail or experience in industries which provided opportunity to review documents is a plus.
• Another foundational area providing time to learn the mortgage process and gain experience to move around Home Lending as business allows.

Pay

$16.50/HR | $24.75 (OT)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
