Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience or equivalent sales/financial advisory background.
• Ability to assess client needs and sources of business with consultative approach.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to analyze financial and credit data to advise on product and pricing guidelines.
• Commitment to ethics and regulatory compliance in lending.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized service offering advice and guidance through the full borrowing and banking spectrum.
• Build and deepen relationships with clients using bank capabilities.
• Analyze client financials to recommend suitable financial services.
• Present home lending solutions, submit mortgage applications, and gather documentation.
• Manage client outreach and follow-up throughout the mortgage process.
• Coordinate with internal partners to meet client needs and deliver exceptional service.
