Job summary

NW Recruiting Partners seeks an Account Manager with mortgage industry knowledge to nurture existing client relationships, understand client goals, and grow accounts with additional solutions. This is a B2B sales role focused on relationship management, not loan origination, with a base salary of $75,000–$80,000 and uncapped earning potential via commissions (OTE $110,000).

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales, account management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop understanding of client goals and challenges to upsell solutions.
• Present products and solutions via phone and virtual meetings.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial contact to close.
• Maintain regular client communication to support retention and satisfaction.
