Job summary

Wheeler Staffing Partners in Los Angeles is seeking an Account Resolution Specialist to manage delinquent mortgage and solar loan accounts on a contract basis, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite per week). The role pays $28.00–$32.00/hour and requires strong collections, negotiation, and documentation skills.

As part of the Account Resolutions team, you will conduct calls, establish payment arrangements, and document activities to ensure compliant, effective resolution of delinquent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of collections or account resolution experience preferred.
• Experience with mortgage or loan servicing is favorable.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage delinquent mortgage and solar loan accounts and portfolios.
• Conduct inbound and outbound collections calls regarding past-due balances.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and repayment plans within guidelines.
• Document all calls, commitments, and activity in internal systems.
• Review loan files and determine appropriate collection strategies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve borrower accounts.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
