You will work with clients, associates, and stakeholders to process payments, verify documents, and maintain loan records to support ongoing servicing.

Responsibilities include payment processing, client service via inbound calls, escrow management, and setting up new loans.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of Escrow, Client Service, or Mortgage/Bank operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong accuracy in loan documentation.

• Payment Processing - Process mortgage payments, adjustments, reversals, and changes.
• Client Service - Answer inbound customer calls, provide resolution, and route requests.
• Escrow Management - Manage real estate taxes and insurance including force-placed reviews.
• Loan Establishment - Set up new loans and verify closing documents.
• Coordination - Source information and documentation for mortgage activities.
