Job summary

You will work with collateral and other teams to ensure accurate loan data, timely payoff processing, and proper delivery of disclosures and documents within regulatory timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in Escrow, Client Service, or Mortgage/Bank operations.
• Must be able to work onsite with typical hours 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Process mortgage payments, adjustments, reversals, and changes accurately.
• Answer inbound client calls, provide resolution or route requests for payoff quotes.
• Set up new loans and manage escrow, taxes, and insurance-related tasks.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather documents required for mortgage actions.
• Ensure loan documents are properly satisfied and delivered within regulatory timelines.
