Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking an Onsite Mortgage Servicing Associate to support front-line service, payments processing, escrow management, and coordination with clients and partners to keep mortgage portfolios accurate and compliant.

You will handle payoff requests, file documentation, respond to inquiries, and support loan establishment and servicing tasks while working 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in Escrow, Client Service, or Mortgage/Bank operations preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process mortgage payments, adjustments, reversals, and changes.
• Answer inbound calls and provide resolution or route requests.
• Manage escrow for real estate taxes and insurance, including force-placed policies.
• Set up new loans and verify loan documents for accurate servicing.
