TEKsystems is hiring on-site Customer Service Representatives to support a Phoenix, Arizona client. You will handle inbound mortgage servicing questions and payment reminders, with a split focus across traditional calls and dialer-based outreach.

The role is a contract-to-hire position with training followed by two 8-hour shifts. Bilingual candidates receive a pay premium and the team offers solid benefits and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Customer Service/Call Center experience a must (1 year minimum).
• Strong customer focus and ability to adapt to different personalities.
• Willingness to learn our proprietary servicing software.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from mortgage borrowers about payments and escrow—general servicing questions.
• In the second half of the month, handle similar calls and use an auto dialer for payment reminders (not collections).
