Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years in a dynamic office environment or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial documents.
• 1+ years of experience in mortgage loan servicing, banking, or related preferred.
• Experience with mortgage loan servicing systems and financial software is preferred.
• Knowledge of legal and technical aspects of mortgage servicing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain loan portfolio compliance, including timely payments and insurance coverage.
• Collaborate with correspondents to ensure servicing compliance and address inquiries from borrowers, management and investors.
• Analyze transfer, assumption and modification requests and support loan file documentation.
• Validate servicing system data and assist in preparing payoff quotes and loan status statements.
• Onsite work at least once per month in Portland, OR is required.
