Job summary

The Standard is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Specialist in Portland, OR to manage complex mortgage loan servicing and administration for investor clients and borrowers. You will oversee portfolio compliance, ensure timely payments, and handle taxes, insurance, and payoff processing.

In addition, you’ll analyze loan portfolios, perform property inspections, and coordinate with correspondent networks to ensure compliance. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial documents.
• 1+ years of mortgage loan servicing or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mortgage servicing systems and financial software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain loan portfolio compliance and ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with correspondents to ensure servicing compliance and address inquiries.
• Analyze transfer, assumption, and modification requests and support loan documentation.
• Validate servicing data and assist in preparing payoff quotes and loan status statements.
