You will maintain compliant loan portfolios, analyze collateral and debt service metrics, and collaborate with correspondents to deliver timely payments and accurate records. The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with mortgage data systems and financial spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• 1–2 years relevant work experience in a dynamic office.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and prepare reports.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliant loan portfolios including insurance, taxes, and payments; pursue delinquencies per procedures.
• Perform mortgage portfolio analysis and review operating statements, rent rolls, and collateral value.
• Develop relationships with correspondents and ensure timely remittance and customer service responses.
• Analyze transfer, assumption, and modification requests; support loan setups and file maintenance.
• Validate data in the servicing system and respond to inquiries from borrowers and investors.
