Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years mortgage servicing or related financial services experience.
• Working knowledge of mortgage servicing processes, systems, and operations; familiarity with loss mitigation.

Responsabilités

• Perform a broad range of loan servicing activities, including transaction processing and account maintenance.
• Respond to inquiries related to loan servicing, including escrow analysis, ARM changes, payoffs and delinquency.
• Monitor payment activity and system reports to identify discrepancies and take corrective action.
• Audit, post, and reconcile funds for investor-serviced or purchased loans.
• Maintain and audit loan data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare reports and support portfolio analysis and investor reporting.
