Qualifications

• Mortgage loan servicing and/or investor servicing experience
• Knowledge of investor servicing parameters and reporting regulations
• Knowledge of bank compliance and regulatory requirements
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate response to internal requests via service cases
• High level interaction with Investors for servicing, reporting and research
• Tracking of internal errors and resolution where needed
• Core system file maintenance
• Research and resolve internal and external client requests
• Daily report monitoring
• Balancing internal General Ledgers
• Review and resolution of Non-Post Report
• Assist other areas and special projects as needed
• Special Asset loan maintenance
• Collaboration with front line partners on issue resolution
