• Analyzes escrow.
• Pays and balances PMI and USDA remittances.
• Performs daily and monthly balancing, reporting and close out.
• Assists with year-end closeout of MS.
• Handles investor reporting, remitting and reconciling.
• Reviews loan file documentation in document management software.
