Responsibilities

• Assist members and Credit Union employees with questions about disbursed mortgage loans, escrow disbursements, mortgage payments, statements, and payoffs.
• Disburse mortgage loans by entering information into the core system, ensuring correct rates, payments, and terms; fund loans and remit payoff checks.
• Submit investor loans and enter loan details into investor software.
• Handle mortgage escrow functions including insurance and tax disbursements, closeouts, and analysis.
• Work with third parties to track insurance and force place as needed.
• Process paid loans, record mortgage satisfactions within timing requirements; follow up on investor documents.
• Interact with title companies for construction loan draws and post-closing questions.
• Process Subordination, Partial Release, and Transfer of Ownership requests.
• Balance general ledger accounts in Mortgage Interim and Escrow GL.
• Assist with HMDA reporting and training or shadowing colleagues as needed.
