Job summary

MCI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Servicing & Loan Origination Manager to supervise mortgage lending and servicing activities and to work closely with the contact center. This onsite role in Savannah, GA targets candidates with licensure and leadership experience in mortgage operations.

The ideal candidate will oversee processes, ensure compliance, and coach teams to meet performance standards while supporting cross-functional collaboration across lines of business.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Lender/Officer credentials and experience preferred.
• Strong supervisory/leadership experience in a contact center.
• Experience overseeing mortgage origination and servicing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mortgage lending and servicing activities ensuring quality and compliance.
• Support development and implementation of mortgage processes and best practices.
• Provide mortgage guidance to employees and internal teams; lead contact center operations as needed.
