Job summary

U.S. Bank in Atlanta is seeking a Mortgage Loan Origination Supervisor to oversee a small team and drive loan volume. You will establish referral sources with real estate brokers, builders, and other partners, and coordinate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams.

The role requires NMLS registration, a high school diploma, and 1+ year of mortgage-related experience. Travel and on-site presence may be required, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of mortgage sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day loan origination activities for a small team.
• Establish referral sources from real estate brokers, builders and other external sources.
• Collaborate with U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other lines to grow customer relationships and additional product sales.
• Recruit and develop talent within the team.
• Ensure documents for processing, underwriting, and closing are obtained timely.
