Job summary

Iowa Bankers Mortgage Corporation seeks an experienced staff member to support the Servicing Department with product coordination and system administration. You will assist in onboarding loans, pre-audit data, and deliver excellent customer service to homeowners, bankers, and vendors.

Responsibilities include processing daily deposits, handling return mail, and maintaining accurate servicing records while working in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of Mortgage Banking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new loans to the servicing system.
• Pre-audits new loans to ensure information entered is accurate.
• Provide superior customer service to homeowners, bankers, and vendors.
• Complete daily deposit of all checks received.
• Handle return mail in the office (welcome packets).
