Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track loans that are past due and review borrower financial packages to establish repayment arrangements or analyze loss mitigation options.
• Process and track loan modification workouts and REO properties.
• Request and track claim reimbursements from investors for loss mitigation and non-recoverable from borrowers.
• Provide superior customer service, both written and verbal, to homeowners, bankers, and other vendors.
• Perform clerical duties including filing or imaging of documents.
• Other duties as assigned.
