Job summary

Iowa Bankers Mortgage Corporation seeks an experienced staff member to support the Servicing Department with product coordination and system administration. You will assist in onboarding loans, pre-audit data, and deliver excellent customer service to homeowners, bankers, and vendors.

Responsibilities include processing daily deposits, handling return mail, and maintaining accurate servicing records while working in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of Mortgage Banking preferred.

Description:

Requirements:

Required Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Required Work Experience: Two to Five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Technology Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word

Required Skills or traits for the position: Excellent customer service and time management skills, attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication skills, & work effectively in team environment.

Specialized Training/Certifications: Knowledge in Mortgage Banking industry
