- Collaborative leadership with Real Estate Loan Officers and regional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential mortgage lending and loan servicing operations.
- Oversee the mortgage lifecycle, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Partner with Real Estate Loan Officers to expand lending relationships.
- Drive production strategies and monitor portfolio performance.
- Promote continuous improvement and staff development within the mortgage team.
- Collaborate with location managers and regional presidents on goals.
