Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Loan Operations Group Manager in El Monte, CA to lead residential mortgage servicing, HELOC, SBA, and commercial loan operations. You will drive performance, implement controls, and partner with risk and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Extensive mortgage servicing operations experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience overseeing multiple servicing functions and teams.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple loan servicing and operations teams.
• Oversee residential mortgage servicing, HELOC, SBA, and commercial loan servicing functions.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, productivity metrics, and service-level objectives.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Audit, and executive leadership teams.
• Manage staffing, performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, and employee development.
• Oversee RCSA and operational control frameworks.
• Respond to audits and implement corrective action plans.
• Review vendor performance and third-party servicing operations.
• Foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
