TEKsystems is hiring on-site Customer Service Representatives to support a Phoenix, Arizona client. You will handle inbound mortgage servicing questions and payment reminders, with a split focus across traditional calls and dialer-based outreach.

The role is a contract-to-hire position with training followed by two 8-hour shifts. Bilingual candidates receive a pay premium and the team offers solid benefits and retirement options.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• First half of the month will be taking inbound calls from mortgage borrows regarding payment, escrow - general mortgage servicing questions.
• -Second half of the month, will be taking similar calls and about 20% of each day will be spent on an auto dialer reminding borrowers of their payments. Will ask if they want to make the payment via phone. NOT COLLECTIONS.

SHIFTS/HOURS AVAILABLE

Training: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Shift after training: 2 different 8 hour shifts after training either an 8am or 10am start time

PAY

$19.50/hr.- $20.50/hr. ($1 more for bilingual candidates)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.

Bonus (Monthly Incentive Program)

All candidates are eligible to Bonus up to $500 a month based upon attendance and call times. Candidates become eligible after being on the phones for 30 days.
