Heartland Credit Union seeks a Mortgage and Business Servicing Specialist to manage member inquiries, track real estate loan activity, and support mortgage and business lending operations. The role focuses on accuracy, proactive follow-ups, and professional service to members, agents, and staff.

You will handle duties from payoff letters to file organization, while ensuring HMDA data quality and mortgage product knowledge are applied to day-to-day servicing tasks.

Qualificações

• Financial industry and/or mortgage servicing experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively while using technology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to represent the credit union institution in a positive and professional way.
• Knowledge of general mortgage lending laws and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inquiries from members and employees regarding servicing of real estate loans and related questions.
• Verify that property taxes are paid on loans serviced by the credit union.
• Assist with HMDA data submission.
• Prepare routine letters and mortgage releases on liens paid in full.
• Provide information regarding mortgage and business products to members.
• Verify rate changes and timely notices.
• Organize closed real estate files and track final titles.
• Contribute to department goals aligned with corporate objectives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
